Terms & Conditions
1. The venue must be availiable 60 minutes prior to and after the performance for set up and breakdown of equipment. 2. A 120 volt, 15 amp, 3 prong (grounded) electrical outlet within 50 feet of DJ setup. 3. A covered area with protection of equipment from the elements. 4. Purchaser is responsible for any charge imposed by the venue. 5. A $200 non-refundable deposit with the total balance due 7 days prior to the event. 6. If the event is cancelled within the 7 days before the event a 50% refund of the total balance will be issued. 7. If at any time the DJ feels threatened or that the equipment is in danger, the DJ may cease the performance. 8. Remember, if you don't dance...neither will your guests!! |
